Third-generation Motorola Moto G appears on Zauba revealing 2GB of RAM is on board

There has been some question about whether the third-generation Motorola Moto G will come with 1GB or 2GB of RAM. We might have received the definitive answer today with a posting on Indian export-import site Zauba. Last week, 190 units of the third-gen Moto G were sent from Hong Kong to India for testing. Half of the units were black, and the other half were white.

According to the listings, the third-gen Moto G will come with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of native storage. Each white model was valued at $240 USD while the black model was listed with a value of $238 USD. Besides those 190 phones, two more were received in India listed at a much lower value.

Motorola has a media event scheduled for July 28th in the Big Apple, and a clever hint added by the manufacturer suggests that we will see the third-generation Moto G unveiled along with a pair of third-generation Motorola Moto X variants. We also could see a new DROID model make an appearance as well.
